‘Roseli’ is very strict and adhered to the quality control and assurance. The quality control standards adopted by ‘Roseli’ have broadened the horizons for its product. A team specially designed to closely monitor each stage of the process to reduce the wastages, defects and deviation in customer’s specification and requirement. Roseli Group is now all set to have online process monitoring, record keeping, and maintaining.
'Roseli' have preplanned quality for each raw material used to manufacture finished goods. Each incoming raw material passes through stringent monitoring process where any deviation in the specified raw materials is checked and monitored. After each test is satisfied by comparing the test results with internal quality and supplier’s report, material is sent for storage. ‘Roseli’ has a policy which mentions that the raw material can only be bought from a standard supplier to reduce rejection at the first stage.
Online inspection is conducted to verify that the material is being produced as per requirement. First step for inspection includes checking color, feel, texture, emboss, weight and thickness and all other basic requirements before it is passed onto the next phase of production process. Then after sample is collected and sent for the laboratory test. In the laboratory following testing equipment’s are being used to control on process production.
The fully finished good is tested before any further process. Each jumbo roll of leather is inspected by trained inspector for visual defects and other physical parameters before it is packed. 100 % material is inspected here for visual defects and it is cut as per customers required size of small rolls. It is then approved for dispatch to customers.
There are other tests that are also applied for customer’s specific requirement and quality assurance such as fire retardancy, Anti Cold Crack, UV and other required tests that are asked for.
